  • At this point we have created an attuned dyadic safety-net, so Executive Leaders can dare to fully process past difficult career or work-life balance events. The coach is then able to lead you into states of flourishing, internally, in relationships, in self-care and in self- respect in your Corporate and home environments. Clicks of recognition and major insights organically emerge during our coaching sessions; what begins to feel ‘new and different’ ,either internally or inter-relationally, is celebrated by us.
