What is the Corporate and Executive Coaching Model?

  • AED-Coaching redirects mal-adaptive or chronic stressors in work or personal life. This may show as hopelessness, personnel conflict, self-blame or shame, feeling mis-understood, imposter syndrome, et al. Long-held pain may release in cathartic and adaptive ways as we look together at past career mis-steps or hurtful, difficult circumstances. Our judicious and authentic coaching builds a solid rapport, so you can feel comfort in sharing painful aspects of work or home. Clarity, warmth and explicit client validation create experiences of emotional safety, both within our coaching and in your day-to-day. Your confidentiality is assured unless you opt for a group or a 3-way coaching process with particular colleagues. Security in career milieu develops, to discern and shift moments that are not specifically adaptive to the tasks at hand. As we slow down internally, powerful step-by-step Agility in actions and options will pop to mind and you feel more secure.

  • At this point we have created an attuned dyadic safety-net, so coaching clients may dare process past difficulties in career or work-life balance. Our coaching leads to states of flourishing, internally, in relationships, in self-care and in self- respect. Both work and home environments begin to feel lighter and improved. Clicks of recognition and major insights organically emerge during our coaching sessions; what begins to feel ‘new and different’ either internally or inter-relationally, is celebrated by us. Now the changes will morph directly into adaptive actions as your career begins to flourish like never before!
